We do not sell your personal data.

Where data is transferred outside your country (for example to international hotel chains or online service providers), we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection in line with applicable laws.

7. International data transfers

Because we work with international partners and technology providers, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Egypt and the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we aim to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses or equivalent protections required by applicable data protection laws.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

    • Booking and contract data: kept for the duration of your relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

    • Marketing data: kept until you withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications.

    • Technical logs and analytics data: kept for shorter periods necessary for security, diagnostics, and statistical analysis.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

10. Security of your data

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third‑party websites

Our Site may contain links to third‑party sites (for example, payment gateways, social media platforms, partner websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
